Lighting Audits and Engineering Design
Each of our lighting audits is a comprehensive survey of the building’s entire lighting system and includes: individual space description, fixture quantity, fixture type, lamp & ballast type, annual hours of operation, identification of any existing controls, annual wattage consumption, proposed lamp & ballast type, proposed control, proposed annual wattage consumption, and all associated savings calculations. It is from this expansive amount of data that our engineering staff can design the best retrofit strategy.

Professional Installations
Throughout the installation of any lighting project, our teams of installers treat your buildings as if they were our home office. Safety and cleanliness are paramount to any project and are not secondary to progress and/or speed. As with any project which usually involves entering into every space within a building, our installers are continually aware that we encroach upon everyone’s space. We are completely aware that most occupants look upon construction projects as a hassle and we take pride in ourselves knowing that we can perform our work with minimal or no inconvenience to most occupants.
Green from Start to Finish
As with any project that involves the handling of lamps and ballasts that are destined for recycling, IEC maintains the highest level of care possible. We collate and package those materials for direct pickup by EPA approved recycling companies. Our projects include all of the handling and recycling costs as part of the turnkey package that we provide. Upon processing all of the materials, our customers are provided with certificates documenting the quantity of lamps and ballasts that have been disposed of.
